Have you heard the news yet? Xiaomi has just released a new gaming phone and it promises to be great fun.

The Chinese company held a conference in Beijing at which they released the new Redmi Note 7 Pro and the new version for their gaming smartphone: the Black Shark 2.

Developed for mobile games, Xiaomi’s Black Shark 2 is the successor to the two first Black Sharks. After the first Black Shark, which was highly acclaimed, Xiaomi released an intermediate one, the Black Shark Helo, which didn’t receive very positive critics. The two phones built for mobile games are quite similar. However, the Black Shark 2 has some improvements, such as better design and a double camera in the back, on the upward right corner, that is vertical.

The model is yet to be launched and the release date points to the end of April 2019.

The Fast Evolution of Mobile Games

Mobile games are the future. Game developers are increasingly betting on mobile versions, as users are becoming more attached to the on-the-go device for more practical daily gaming.

Because of this tendency, gaming on our phones is becoming a better and better experience. PUBG and Fortnite are two of the current most popular games adapted to mobile with console quality, and word has it that Call of Duty: Mobile is just around the corner.

While a good phone for playing games doesn’t necessarily have to be a “gaming phone”, this market is growing quite fast. Phones that are built specifically for gaming are becoming more popular and we are entering an age in which the gaming experience on a phone is achieving console quality in many aspects.
